Open the property, tap Manage, then Remove property. You'll be asked to confirm — this is a destructive action, so double-check you have the right property before confirming.

Removing a property archives it: it no longer appears on your home screen, and its number is released so it can no longer receive calls or texts. The property's tenant details and history aren't deleted at this point, just archived along with the rest of the property record.
